Julia Shprekher, Instructor and Administrative Assistant
"I was first drawn to yoga in 2001 in my home city of Saratov, Russia. I was in my 2nd year of college majoring in International Business when I started going to a local yoga studio. My teacher was a 74 year old yogini. She was an amazing person to whom I’m so grateful for introducing me to the magic of yoga. Since that time my personal journey has led me to the USA where I came to work toward my Masters Degree in Nutritional Sciences. In the beginning of 2007 I was fortunate enough to meet Kelly Sullivan who introduced me to Svaroopa® Yoga. The effects were so powerful on a physical, mental and spiritual level that I began teacher training shortly thereafter. During that period I also developed a deep interest towards Ayurveda which I hope to someday practice professionally in addition to my yoga teaching.
I am passionate about sharing my knowledge of Svaroopa® and helping others benefit from this practice. In addition to my teacher training I am also an Embodyment® Therapist."

Erin Zepeda
"I received a Bachelor's degree in fashion design in 1999, and have been in and out of different positions for the past several years, realizing my own lack of commitment to this field of work. I’ve been looking to do something more aligned with my purpose.
A friend recommended homeopathic treatment, which led me to a growing interest in natural health and then Ayurveda and Yoga. Being at a crossroad in my life and career, I decided to do some research online and found the Samve website. I contacted Kelly with some basic information about myself and my situation and she graciously offered the yogi experience in exchange for some help around the Center.
I’ve been looking into going back to school to learn Ayurveda, but am also now considering the possibility of taking the Yoga Teacher Training courses.
I am very grateful to Kelly for her guidance and generosity in sharing her knowledge and experience with others like myself."
