$15 First class drop-in
$22 Regular drop-in anytime with space available.
$38 to $40 - 2 classes per month
$80 per calendar month - (for 4 classes)

We focus on opening the spine in every class in a unique way, employing a specialized Svaroopa apporoach to all the familiar poses of yoga. In the Monday night Bliss class we focus on Bliss, practicing only poses that give a reliable spinal release. Below is a link that describes the montly themes for the continuing/deeper classes.

Svaroopa® Yoga Classes
Svaroopa®(YourTrue Form or Nature). The essence of your being that is Truth, Consciousness, and Bliss.Yoga-Svaroopa style uses awareness, poses and breath to release the tension in muscles around the spine. As the spine opens, the effects radiate throughout the entire body and the mind. We practice the yoga poses with precise alignment and a gentle approach, with a focus on blissful relaxation in stillness and in motion. In each Svaroopa® yoga class and therapy session, you have the opportunity to go more fully into the true experience of yoga, as you move into deeper levels of awareness and joy and become established in the awareness of the Self.
